AkoTech offers various forms to meet diverse application needs, including base formulations (可直接使用或定制), ready-to-use formulations, and liquid concentrates (dilute with water for use). AkoTech can be seamlessly integrated into products during the manufacturing process through roller coating or spray painting.

Ascera: Next-Generation Antimicrobial Technology

Ascera is a next-generation antimicrobial technology inspired by nature, designed as an environmentally friendly solution for olefin polymers and solvent-based coatings. It aims to provide lifelong antimicrobial protection for products. Ascera effectively inhibits the growth of bacteria on product surfaces with an efficiency of up to 99.99%. This technology can be integrated into solvent-based coatings through common coating processes such as spraying, roll-to-roll, and immersion coating. Its excellent chemical stability, UV stability, and heat stability make it suitable for various application scenarios, ensuring long-lasting antimicrobial efficacy within the expected service life of the product, effectively inhibiting the growth of bacteria and other microorganisms, and preventing odor, stains, and premature aging of the product.

MicroGuard: Antimicrobial Technology for Plastics and Foams

MicroGuard is a new antimicrobial technology for PVC, PU, and EVA foams. This technology's effective ingredients are highly effective and free of metals, available in both masterbatch and liquid formulations to meet different manufacturing requirements. MicroGuard disrupts the enzymes within microbial cells, blocking metabolic pathways, creating an environment where fungi cannot grow, thereby achieving antimicrobial purposes. MicroGuard can be used for a variety of applications, including roof membranes, terraces, vinyl composite flooring, wallpaper, indoor decoration, awnings, mattress foams, and shoe materials, providing built-in protection against fungal destruction.
