The signing ceremony, held at TODTOWN天荟 City Hall on October 17, marked the announcement that the Light Series will be the first to be located in the TODTOWN天荟 complex in Minhang, Shanghai, and is expected to debut with the Hyatt Regency Shanghai XinJing in late 2026.

The Light Series is a new hotel-style apartment product launched by OPARTMENT based on deep insights into diverse cultures and young life philosophies. OPARTMENT Founders and Key Executives Attend Signing Ceremony

OPARTMENT's founder and chairman, Mr. Sun Fei, and co-founder, Ms. Zhou Weiwu, along with the core team, attended the signing ceremony. CEO Mr. Jiang Chenyao spoke on behalf of the company, stating, "The new Light Series is not only an upgrade of the living space but also a redefinition of 'home.' First Landing in TODTOWN天荟: Collaborating to Create an International Living Model

As the first project of the Light Series, OPARTMENT has chosen to collaborate with TODTOWN天荟, appreciating its comprehensive ecological environment and regional influence as a carrier-level TOD hub. Mr. Dong Zihao, executive director of Sun Hung Kai Properties, said, "OPARTMENT's high-end space and refined service apartment positioning complement the high-end business of Tianhui, further enriching the living experience scenarios of the project."
