On October 23rd, Meixin Technology (301588) revealed its 2025 third quarter report, showcasing remarkable financial achievements. The company achieved a revenue of 6.72 billion yuan in the first three quarters, with a net profit after tax (NPAT) of 28.3956 million yuan and a non-adjusted net profit of 27.5117 million yuan. Notably, the third quarter alone saw a revenue of 2.26 billion yuan, marking an 8.64% year-on-year increase, demonstrating strong growth resilience amidst complex market conditions.

After nearly two decades of independent innovation and technological improvement, Meixin Technology has established a highly automated core production equipment system, covering the entire production process of plastic wood materials. The upgraded core equipment includes fully automatic batching upstream production lines, fully automatic conveying raw material equipment, fully automatic online embossing equipment, digitalized fully automatic coloring equipment, fully automatic vacuum extraction equipment, fully automatic surface original wood processing production lines, and fully automatic assembly production lines. Multiple high-automation plastic wood production lines have achieved automated and scaled production, significantly improving production efficiency and product yield, with product quality reaching the leading level in the industry.

It is reported that the company's equity financing project, "New-type Environmental Protection Plastic Wood Profile Industrialization Project (Phase I)", is currently in the critical stage of equipment installation. Upon completion, the overall production capacity will increase to 130,000 tons, significantly enhancing production and market supply capabilities. As the world's largest producer and exporter of plastic wood composite materials, China is facing an important period of industry upgrading. Although the domestic plastic wood consumption market is still in its infancy, the growing demand for environmental-friendly building materials and rising product awareness will drive a double increase in production and consumption, providing a vast space for intrinsic growth for the company.

Meixin Technology focuses on a "dual-brand matrix + full-channel penetration" strategy, constructing a differentiated product portfolio covering the mid-to-high-end market. The high-end brand "Meixin Beyond Wood" focuses on all categories of high-end plastic wood products, serving high-end retail customers through a city-based dealer network and has become one of the main products in the domestic high-end outdoor wood market. The new mid-end brand "Regreen Wei Qing Wood", launched in the third quarter of 2025, utilizes independently developed full-package coating technology and is positioned as "big brand, good price". It targets the mid-end consumer group and municipal, commercial and installation markets, meeting consumers' core needs for extreme aesthetics and long-term use with high cost-effectiveness and excellent performance.

In terms of distribution channels, Meixin Technology implements differentiated strategies: the mid-end brand accelerates the improvement of the agency system, collaborates with gardening companies, decoration companies, design institutes, and cross-industry partners to build a multi-level distribution network, and strengthens terminal exposure through agency districts and distribution display cabinets; the high-end brand continues to deepen the "one city, one dealer/two dealers" city-based dealer layout, relying on specialty stores and cross-industry cooperation display cabinets to strengthen the high-end scene experience and ensure the implementation of terminal customer services. The dual-brand synergy drives steady growth in brand influence and market share.
