家具零售额增长9.6%

According to the Ministry of Commerce website, the consumption market maintained a stable growth trend in October, driven by the National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival holidays, and the consumption potential continued to be released. In October, the total retail sales of consumer goods reached 4.63 trillion yuan, an increase of 2.9% year-on-year. From January to October, the total retail sales of consumer goods reached 41.2 trillion yuan, an increase of 4.3%, 0.8 percentage points higher than the same period last year.

In October, the retail sales of goods increased by 2.8%, and the sales of related products of the "replace old with new" program maintained a rapid growth, among which the retail sales of communication equipment, cultural and office supplies, and furniture of enterprises above the designated size increased by 23.2%, 13.5%, and 9.6% respectively.

皮阿诺控股股东终止转让公司股份协议

According to a notice from Pinao, the actual controller of the company, Mr. Ma Libin, signed a protocol with Shenzhen Tongjie on November 14th, 2025, to terminate the share transfer agreement signed on December 12th, 2024, which originally planned to transfer 9.59% of the shares held by Pinao.

On the same day, Zhuhai Honglu also signed a "Termination Agreement" with Shenzhen Tongjie to terminate the originally planned 7% share transfer arrangement. The two transactions combined would have given Shenzhen Tongjie 16.59% of Pinao's shares. Zhuhai Honglu shall refund the 1.44 billion yuan received to Shenzhen Tongjie within 2 working days of the signing of the agreement.
