By the end of the third quarter of 2025, 74% of the products in Haier districts and counties have been delivered directly to customers through a unified warehouse-to-customer (ToC) model. This remarkable achievement is a testament to the deep implementation of Haier's ToC strategy by the Ruyi Supply Chain. The core of this strategy lies in the unified warehousing, which includes practices such as the "One Warehouse to Serve the Whole Country" through digital cloud warehouses and the opening of the Ruyi Supply Chain's Changshu Smart Trade and Logistics Park. These initiatives ensure that products are delivered directly from warehouses to consumers. It is anticipated that by the end of this year, Ruyi Supply Chain will have largely achieved comprehensive unified warehousing and digital inventory, further enhancing supply chain efficiency and customer experience.
As a practical project of the unified warehouse ToC strategy, the Changshu Smart Trade and Logistics Park not only provides Changjiang River Delta users with a satisfying "3-hour rapid delivery and installation" experience but also assists collaborating clients in achieving worry-free operations and asset lightening, allowing them to focus on product sales. This project is also expected to reduce overall logistics costs for the operation end by 8% and improve inventory turnover efficiency by 42%.
